According to Jamb CAPS addresses Current Challenges, Delivers Benefits of Automation, and Offers Significant Innovations. One of the beauty of CAPS is that its helps candidate to monitor his/her admission, enabling these features: O’Level Results Upload, Requirement for Admission Consideration Interface with NECO & WAEC for automated Results Verification, Candidates’ Confirmation of Admission Offer, “Market Place” to Source Candidates, and Automatic Enforcement of Admission Timelines. One common mistake candidates make while trying to access CAPS is trying to login on http://caps.jamb.gov.ng/, you cannot access CAPS via this link; you will keep getting error reports.
The next page displayed should have your Jamb Registration number and exam year, if it does not, do not panic- then type it in.

Now, back to those who got the above response: not eligible for this service. Someone really close had this issue and I have been researching and contacting a lot of people for help; luckily, I was moved to download apps on playstore, when I found this app: CAPS Mobile; It's really an amazing app.
A verification code will be sent to the mobile number, copy and paste it in the textarea.
If you do this and still can't access CAPS, I'll advice you to leave a comment below or contact Jamb - you don't have to go to Jamb HQ, all you need to do is to create a ticket and a representative will reply you.

HOW TO ACCESS CAPS
One common mistake candidates make while trying to access CAPS is trying to login on http://caps.jamb.gov.ng/, you cannot access CAPS via this link; you will keep getting error reports.

- Login to your profile portal/efacility
- Click on “Check Admission Status” below the page or from the “Option Button” (four dashes) on the top right corner.
The next page displayed should have your Jamb Registration number and exam year, if it does not, do not panic- then type it in.
- Click on the “Access My CAPS” button below the page. This should direct you to your CAPS.

How To Access CAPS Via CAPS Moblie
- Download CAPS Mobile
- After installation, open CAPS Mobile
- On the login interface; input Jamb Reg number and the mobile number you used to create your profile
A verification code will be sent to the mobile number, copy and paste it in the textarea.
- On successful login, Click on "My O'Level"
Note:
- The app might change your gender, especially the male, changing to female; no cause for alarm - it's probably an error from the app's programming.
- If you just upload recently, its might take days to reflect on CAPS, so no worries.
