Episode 19.
Seeing the snoop coming to my direction sent shiver down my spine.. I was contemplating if I should run or stay, I quickly scrutinize the environment which I am in, and found out the place was deserted. There no was way I could take this six guys when I am not jet Lin, So the only option I had is to run….
In no time I took to my heels, using the speed of Usain bolt, the snoop chase me as if there life depends on it, they were already close behind , I was kinda feeling dehydrated suddenly I was been swept off my feet by one of the snoop, while I fell down in force, hitting my body of the floor. I winced in pain.. They quickly lifted me up… ” hey stop that” someone bark while the snoop quickly ran to an unknown destination.
I quickly traced the author of the voice and found out it was the dormitory head master Mr uche.. I breathed a sigh of relief.
he lifted me to my feat and walked me home..
“what just happened there ” he asked while I narrated the story for him excluding the part of Elena.
” don’t worry they would be dealt with ” he promised after I was done with my story..
” I went home and had by bath, before I drafted to a deep slumber which I woke up the next day which was Monday..
I went to the bathroom where I quickly took my bath and wore my uniform… I went to the assembly while the snoop were just starring at me through out the assembly . And the painful part was that we were in the same class.
Immediately we were through with the assembly I walked to the class while Elena gave me a hug, in front the class and in front of the snoop for that “matter” … I knew dating Elena kinda seems perilous. but I loved her cus my heart only respond differently to her. And she is what the risk. I hope I didn’t end up. ….. nah I don’t want to finished that statement… I can’t die na, or can I? . .
We did government which Mr Tosin taught us, He kinda of asked me a personal questions sensing my lack of composure through out his lecture.
When you have someone like the snoop as a class mate… ***my guy that is what I called phobia or rather “unknown phobia” the fear of the unknown… Lol***. But on a seriously note i was afraid of the snoop…
The next period came and it was miss gift period which was literature..
She walked to the class with a smile surprising everybody with her unusual behavior…
She started teaching before she gave us an assignment… ” Best what Happened to you” she asked as she scan my face.. I stared at the snoop, at Elena, before I stared back at her.. She sense I don’t want to talk in the class .
” see me in my office ” she said and walked out..
Elena stared at me suspiciously so as Nifemi.. I walked to her office after ten minutes of her departure, I knew I can’t stayed long in her office In other not to encounter any punishment from the math teacher.. I planned on breaking up with her in her office and I prayed it doesn’t end badly for me . I nocked on her door, and waited for a response .
” coming in ” she said from inside while I walked to her office. I sat down and face her, I stared at her open button but I was not even interested looking at her b----t. I have a lot on my head than for me to be thinking of s-x, in fact I planned on breaking up with her to avoid further problems from the maths teacher and Elena… If Elena should find out I was having a thing with miss gift, someone she hated with passion and our class teacher for that matter.. I don’t even need a soothsayer to tell me what might happened…
” what happened to you” miss gift asked jolted me away from the realms of thoughts….
I quickly explained to her, telling her I was attacked because I was dating Elena..
” you mean you are having an affair with Elena” she asked in astonishment…” while I nodded my head in a response .
” and you are f-----g telling me that on my face ” she bark while I shiver in fear.
” I am sorry MA, but I think we should breakup, cus I can’t be having a relationship with my teacher… ” I said while she gave a murderous look….
” I advised you think this through ” she said….
” And note, nobody breaks up with and escaped without facing the consequences….. ” She added sending great fear to my heart…
I left her office thinking of life, I wish I knew, I wouldn’t have started anything with her.. I guess I am reaping the fruit of my labor… *****but no be she give me password to her WiFi ****
I Went to the class dipped in thought.. I didn’t even know when the maths teacher came and go…. About few hours later the time rang the bell for closing while we all left, I didn’t even go for break. Elena sense my unusual behavior and came to asked me, but I just fabricate any story for her because I can’t risk telling her about my affair with miss gift .
I went to my hostel where I drafted to a deep slumber.
I was woken up by Daniel
” someone is looking for you” he said as he hit me with his palm.
“who “i asked in confusion because I don’t remember telling anybody to come look for me…” Nifemi ” he said In whisper. I quickly went to the bathroom and wash my face and my mouth. I clean my face with a towel before I went to opened the door..” Sorry for keeping you waiting” I apologized as I walked out..
” No problem, I just came to give you this ” she said as she handed something in a nylon bag to me. I quickly unwrapped it and to my surprised it was a phone.. TECHNO P5, the one with the finger print….
” will she not used this means to cage me to be her boyfriend” i thought to myself as I stared at the phone in a lustful desire…
