A blog is a website that allows users to reflect, share opinions, and discuss various topics in the form of an online journal while readers may comment on posts.
Yeah!...Now we know what a blog is, then let's proceed on how to create a blog(Blogger/Blogspot)
STEP 1:
To create a blog on blogger/blogspot, the first thing you need is a Google mail account.
Click here to create one of you don't have any!
STEP 2:
Now that you have a Google mail account, you are good to go. The next step is to create your blog.
Visit blogger and then click on "create blog", you will have to enter your mail details(username and password)
Step 3:
You need to confirm your profile(Do you want people to see your google+ profile or blogger profile....If you select blogger then you have to input a name)
Then you are to input your blog's name (E.g: Mygist.com) and your url address(E.g:https://www.mygistadress.blogspot.com)
Note: All blogs on blogger ends with ".blogspot." but you can change that by getting a domain.
The next step is to select a template[Theme] for your blog.
Take your time to play along with this until you get a theme suitable for your blog
You can change your blog's template anytime!!!
